You can reset the IP configuration of your camera. This should be done in a situation where the camera is not acting the way it should be online. It could be IP address fields not filling in correctly, not being able to access the camera on its IP address, or not seeing the camera on your network. 


To reset your cameras IP configuration, please press STAR(*), then POUND(#), and then MANUAL using the IR remote control (in succession not all pressed down at the same time). This should reset the IP configuration (IP address, gateway, and DNS server) back to default. The default IP address of the camera should be 192.168.100.88. Once you issue this command, the camera should reset and do its boot up dance again.
