Any rules for changing the cameras password? How do I reset a password I forgot? Print

When you change the password of the camera there are a few things to keep in mind.

If you change the password, the password is only alphanumeric and has a max length of 13 spaces. If you use symbols or go beyond 13 spaces it will not be exactly what you recall.
If you still cannot figure out what the password is we can always remote in and reset to the default for you. it just involves a non-public method so you would have to reach out to support for this.
