• Are you getting a blue screen as your webcam feed?

    • Make sure the power is plugged into the receiver box

    • Make sure the camera is plugged into power and that the power switch is set to the ON state

  • Are you getting a black screen with “Searching for HuddleCam” as your webcam feed?

    • Make sure the camera is plugged into power and that the power switch is set to the ON state

    • The transmitter and receiver are having trouble pairing due to possible interference; try restarting the camera to see if they are able to properly re-pair themselves.

    • If they are unable to re-pair themselves trying moving either the camera or receiver closer to the other and again restart the camera; you should then be able to relocate the equipment.

  • Is Windows failing to recognize the device?

  • Some programs recognize the camera feed and some don’t!?!

    • On the back of the camera turn the dial to “4” for 720P, which tends to be the most universal resolution accepted by most software currently. Restart the camera and the receiver.
